What currency are the prices shown in?

All prices displayed on our website are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).

I just placed an order. When will it be shipped?

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible.

  • Production time: 4–7 business days

  • Estimated shipping time: 7–10 business days

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided within 3–5 business days.
If you have not received your tracking details after 7 business days, please contact us at valor.creation1@gmail.com.

I’m not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • Once we receive the returned item, a full refund of your original purchase will be processed

Please ensure the returned parcel includes your name and order number.

Note: If your order is already in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before a refund can be issued.

Can I cancel my order?
